Judith C. Joseph, M.A., M.Div., a Chaplain with the endorsement of the Wrightstown, PA, Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), is also an ordained Interfaith Minister. She served as Chaplain for the Police, Fire and Emergency Services in her community, for almost five years, and was active on the Bucks County Crisis Response Team, the Keystone Crisis Intervention Team and as Chaplain for the Southwest Airlines Crisis Team.

Her special ministry is promoting religious and cultural understanding. As a Friend, her mandate is to serve "that of God" in everyone.

In February 2003, after meeting the rigorous requirements of the Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists, Judith was granted the certification: Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS)

Judith was also awarded a Fellow in Thanatology (FT) by the Association for Death Education and Counseling.

Judy has had extensive experience in hospitals, schools, hospice and as a consultant in bereavement and trauma. Her national and international presentations have enabled her to reach many people struggling through the pain of various kinds of loss and also have encouraged and revitalized the professionals who serve them.

Judy has written two books, I Hate Strawberry Jam for children 8 to 13, to help them cope with the death of a friend and Responding with Compassion, a quick reference to the religious beliefs, prayers, rituals and ceremonies, of people facing sickness and /or death.
